Our staples menu has expanded. Our food is cooked to order but designed to be quick. If you have to hit and run we have fresh prepared food by the pound and prepared meals packaged to go.

Dining In at Big Chile Republic
Our small casual dining room seats only 24 persons, so calling ahead for a reservation is a good idea. Our fare is a slightly revised version of our staples menu with the addition of a variety of tapas and staples.
